EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Audio Chic products are handcrafted to order and manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, including dimensions, timber species, stand height, speaker compatibility and other options. As these products are made to order and cannot readily be resold, cancellation and withdrawal rights may not apply where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Accessories and stock items such as spikes, discs, and parabolic buffers remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our products are large, heavy items, return shipping from EU countries can be significant. We recommend obtaining a shipping quote before initiating a return.

Returns & Delivery Policy

At Audio Chic, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our bespoke products. Because these items are tailored specifically for you, please review our policies regarding returns, changes, and damages below.

1. Returns for Bespoke Products

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please take note of the following:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return a product.

  • Refunds: We offer a refund of 90% of the item cost (10% restocking fee applies to bespoke items), excluding original carriage costs.

  • Deadline: Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Note: Please double-check all measurements—including leg height—before finalizing your order, as custom dimensions are made to your exact specifications.

2. Leg Exchanges

If you find you need a different height, we are happy to exchange legs provided the original set is returned in unmarked, saleable condition with original packaging.

  • Costs: You will be responsible for the postage costs and any price difference if the replacement legs are longer/more expensive.

3. Amending or Cancelling an Order

We work efficiently to get your order into production.

  • Before Production: If you need to change a delivery address or adjust your order specs, please get in touch with us immediately. We can amend or cancel orders as long as production has not yet started.

  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, please follow the Returns Procedure outlined above.

4. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing components:

  • Reporting: Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a collection and/or a replacement at the earliest possible opportunity.

5. Manufacturing & Shipping

  • Lead Times: Manufacturing typically takes 4–6 working weeks. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Important – Courier Notes: If the external packaging appears damaged upon arrival, you must note this on the courier’s consignment note when signing. Failure to do so may limit our ability (and the courier’s) to process damage claims.
