Shipping, Duties & Christmas Information
🎄 Christmas Delivery
Our handcrafted process means we work to set holiday cut-off dates each year.
For 2025, the last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery were:
• 17th November – International
• 23rd November – UK
Our workshop will be taking a well-earned break from 20th December to 6th January. Orders placed during this time will begin production once we reopen.
Production & Lead Times
All of our stands are handmade to order in our UK workshop.
Our usual lead time is 4 working weeks, and you’ll receive tracking details around 4 weeks after placing your order.
We always try to ship sooner if we can.
Shipping Information
• International shipping rates are shown at checkout.
• Most orders are shipped with UPS and include full tracking.
• UK shipping is free. Some Highlands/offshore postcodes may show a surcharge, which will appear at checkout if applicable.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees. These vary by location, item type and order value.

Choosing Duties Included (DDP)
To avoid unexpected fees and speed up customs processing, you can choose to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.
Select the option showing “Taxes & Duties Included.”
Standard Shipping & Customs
If you choose standard shipping, your parcel may be held by customs until duties/taxes are paid.
If payment isn’t made, the parcel may be returned or, in rare cases, destroyed by customs.
