Production & Lead Times

All of our speaker stands are handmade to order in our UK workshop.
Our usual lead time is 4–6 working weeks. You’ll receive tracking details toward the end of your production window, though we always try to ship sooner whenever possible.

Shipping Information

UK Shipping: Free within mainland UK. (Highlands and offshore postcodes may incur a surcharge, displayed at checkout).
International Shipping: Calculated directly at checkout (with and without DDP) using premium couriers (UPS and FedEx) with full door-to-door tracking.

Duties, Local Taxes & Customs Fees (EU & International Orders)

Because our speaker stands are exported directly from our UK workshop, international shipments are subject to your destination country's import and tax rules:

Import Tariffs (0% for EU): Orders shipped to EU countries qualify for 0% trade tariffs under the UK-EU Trade Agreement. (For non-EU countries like the US, Canada, or Australia, import tariffs are determined by your local customs authority and any duty-free thresholds).
Local Taxes & Import VAT: International orders will be subject to your country’s local tax rules (e.g., local import VAT in the EU/UK, or local GST/Sales Tax in Canada and Australia) upon arrival.

To give you complete transparency and a seamless delivery, we offer two shipping options at checkout:

Pre-Paid / DDP Shipping (Recommended): Select "Taxes & Duties Included" at checkout. We calculate and collect your local taxes upfront, paying them directly to the courier on your behalf. Your package sails through customs with zero hidden fees or surprises at your doorstep, and you avoid extra courier handling fees.
Standard Deliveries: If you select standard shipping, the courier (UPS or FedEx) will hold your package upon arrival in your country and contact you to collect any applicable local taxes plus their administrative handling fee before completing delivery.
