EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Audio Chic products are handcrafted to order and manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, including dimensions, timber species, stand height, speaker compatibility and other options. As these products are made to order and cannot readily be resold, cancellation and withdrawal rights may not apply where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Accessories and stock items such as spikes, discs, parabolic buffers remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our products are large, heavy items, return shipping from EU countries can be significant. We recommend obtaining a shipping quote before initiating a return.

Returns for Bespoke Products

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Subject to the conditions below:

  • A refund of 90% of the item value will be provided (a 10% restocking fee applies).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable, undamaged condition.

As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we strongly recommend checking all measurements, speaker dimensions and stand heights carefully before placing your order.

Natural Timber Variations

Our products are made from solid hardwood.

Natural variations in colour, grain pattern, figuring and texture are part of the character of real timber and should be expected. Product photographs are intended as a guide only.

Variations in timber appearance are not considered defects and do not qualify as manufacturing faults.


Leg Exchanges

If you subsequently require a different stand height, we are happy to exchange legs provided that:

  • The original legs are returned in unmarked, saleable condition.
  • Original packaging is used where possible.
  • The customer covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
  • Any price difference for longer or more expensive replacement legs is paid before dispatch.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to dimensions, timber choice, delivery address or other specifications can usually be accommodated before production begins.

Orders may be cancelled prior to production commencing.

Once materials have been prepared, components manufactured, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible and any refund offered will be at our discretion, taking into account costs already incurred.


Damaged, Faulty or Incomplete Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photographs of the packaging and any damage where possible.
  • We will arrange replacement parts, repair, collection or replacement of the item as appropriate.
